The 3S concept seems to work in many conditions of my life. Once this simple and subtle tweak has taken hold and becomes a part of me, then I can focus on implementing additional simple subtleties where appropriate. Tiny tweaks can lead to big changes.

Amy Cuddy’s talk–and her method–was aimed at folks who have a desire, but, do not believe in themselves. The audience is made up of intelligent and good people–folks the speaker was trying to resonate with and help…not the socio-paths and psychopath in rehabs systematically observed and mimic what others are calling normal behavior.
