A little bit of this and, a little bit of that, makes a little bit of me.

fijne paasdagen

“Happy Easter!” says the Dutch.

I woke up to this song, courtesy of my 13-year-old teen, and got a big kick…so much, I played it all through the day.  It was total awesomeness…artsy day.

My lack of vacuum skillz was discussed at Easter dinner. I pointed out that he-who-vacuums would go to work looking homeless if it wasn’t for she-who-irons. And, harmony reigns again. Did you have a Daily Lowercase “w”?   I love the idea of celebrating mini-wins.  Sometimes it’s the mini-wins that really get me through my day.  Back to sipping wines…and some knitting.

Happy crafting and keep those creative juices running!

(still doesn’t do texting, MySpace, Twitter, StumbleUpon, DiggIt…but caved into Facebook!)

  1. How nice to see the title of this blog in my language 😉
I hope your Easter was also fijn 😉

  2. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH !!!! Oh, but I missed it. NOt really, I will celebrate it with you for days to come ! In fact, I will take it on to myself to lavish you with opportunities to realize All that Is Won (mini , or maxi). Much Love, (nearly a week late, but no less well-meaning) xxxxJen

    • I actually do not celebrate my birthday typically ‘cuz I do embrace “life” every day as that’s my last. So, to celebrate a birthday is kinda odd feeling to me. My kids are getting used to that now but that song my 13-year-old played for me made me cry! Silly, I know. But, those are the things I treasure…special moment I cherish when I am fully gray.
