School has resumed today after a severe snow storm raging through high desert yesterday. Contracted prowers were called in by the city to clear the roads, packed with snow and ice, over next couple of days. Pacific Power crew is still hard at work trying to get 1400 plus customers’ powers restored.

31″ of fresh powder added to Mount Bachelor in a day
Getting new powder is a great timing for President’s Day weekend, boosting the much needed local economy.

I grew up in the city so getting through slippery roads is a Mt. Everest challenge.
