A little bit of this and, a little bit of that, makes a little bit of me.

A Foot-Deep Coating

on the ground…the storm has been pounding us since 1 this morning
2nd Half of Winter
High wind causes power lines around town and 911 in Deschutes County downfortunately, we aren’t one of the 50,000+ residents spent in the dark earlier this morning.
2nd Half of Winter
The roads are ultra slippery, making it tough to get around town even with chains and studded/snow tires
2nd Half of Winter
Local schools are closed. You would think teen #2 is happy…not really! She loves singing at choir, speaking French, and making music with her clarinet. My girl has a very different stance about school than her peers attending full-time.
My 9-year-old boy cares less…but happily giggling in dream land
Second half of winter is however very welcoming to local skiers. A lot more moistures are expected to be pumping into entire Pacific Northwest region.
2nd Half of Winter
I am happy so long it clears up by Thursday for our travel to the valley. Meanwhile, what better way to spend a day but stitching away
Tree of Life Appliqued
Happy crafting and keep those creative juices running!

(still doesn’t do texting, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, DiggIt…)
